Very prompt and efficient service. I was offered an appointment the same day (for x-rays). Appt made for a few days later and subsequently rescheduled due to service problems due to outside factors. New appt was on time, quick and efficient. As I am a pensioner and Medicare picked up the tab I am unable to comment on out-of-pocket costs.

Too expensive. I don't have a health care card but I can not afford a gap payment of over $100.00

Have just hung up from Doctor Jones and Partners after finding out that the scan required costs $450, which I am expected to pay on the day and I will get less than half back from Medicare. This will be the third imaging test referral we will be tearing up in our family in the last twelve months. One was for breast imaging that was for a lump and one was for severe reflux that is not responding to treatment. I guess we have to wait until we are so ill that we present at RAH for emergency treatment.
