Unfortunately I was referred to DRW by my surveyor.(referral fees I'm guessing) And I should've read the **genuine** reviews before I engaged them. I have built and sold 15 houses. This has been the most dishonest company I have ever worked with-ever!! They constantly charge more than what they quote you,(for each stage) they even started without my permission-and then said here's the invoice! And they take far longer than what they tell you. They make you pay in advance and then they do nothing. They decided a retaining wall and raising the middle two blocks was a good idea-we never even discussed this!? Who does that?? Then they took 2 weeks to rectify what probably would take one hour. As other reviews mention the only thing they do uickly is send you the invoice! I later discovered through speaking with others in the engineering and construction industry this behaviour is standard for DRW.
This was painfull,such a preformance with these guys.They did'nt have alot to do .
It was a simple 1 into 3 subdivision ,deal with QUU rip a couple of plans off the Draughtsman and draw a blue ,black and red line on it,took them close on a year to do it and about 14 thousand dollars.About a dozen inspections.At one stage they wanted to dig up about 15 meter frontage of the road plus my driveways,this is after they got it wrong on where to dig up the road in the first place. They kept sending out some guy who couldnt make a call on a thing ,charged for it time and time again, cost me so much time and money.
