Got excited about putting on a pergola. Went to Drysdale Garages who quoted a nice product which we were prepared to pay.
3 months later after deposit and 3 installation date adjustments, still waiting for my prized pergola.
I recommend you shop around and get a better committed business.
Poorly run, poor communications, I do not recommend.
We are sorry to hear your comments and that we have not responded sooner, we would just like to note that after signing up on the 10th December, we applied for the building permit, and managed to recieve it back on the 20th December. The supplier of the pergola was closed from the middle of December to the end of Janurary along with the engineers who were required to design and make your custom pergola. As soon as they were back we ordered the unit but due to supplier demand and the custom nature of your project, we were delayed in recieving your unit on site. Both Drysdale Garages and the supplier notified you of this delay thorugh several phone calls and as soon as we had every part of your project, we had builders on site the same day. If you have any further issues, please do give us a call.
Poor customer service and communication after contract was signed. Garage put in wrong location. Was advised that to put garage in correct spot would be at my expense. All progress payments paid within 24 hrs, but owner got final payment when job had not been finished as promised.
