Brilliant! Unfortunate accident late last year and these guys performed some beautiful repair work on my Lexus. So good I can't even tell the difference. HIGHLY RECOMMENDED FOR LEXUS OWNERS.
Partner just had a repair done also on a Hyundai Sante Fe and again the work performed is nothing short of 1st class. I'm pretty meticulous in looking for issues and in both cases I have found none
If you want great service, friendly people to deal with and your car back as it was before, I cannot recommend these guys highly enough!
Terrible service. Very rude front girls (Hayley and Jackie) who are extremely unprofessional and childish in their arguments when they refused to tell me when my car will be done and ready for pickup. Their story about the repair process is inconsistent with advice I got from the Mechanic who did the damage inspection and quoting the duration for repair.
Mechanics person advised 2-3 days to repair. It ended up nearly 2 weeks.
Escalated to manager without being spoken to the managers, the girl came back telling I can have my car back before end of the day.
