Have been there a couple of times and found the service to be average with obvious spots of dirt missed and the service staff were not that friendly or helpful. It seems they spend more time and effort on doing a good job on the cars for the nearby car dealerships than on the individuals who come in.
Went to have my car washed at this site in Doncaster Rd this morning. Seems it changed hands recently and is now called Water Touch Car Wash & Cafe. They did an excellent job on my vehicle... very professional. Service was good and certainly quicker than previous owners. Can recommend
After being a loyal customer for two years I complained today after seeing some new damage to my door and I got rude attitude before they even heard what I was claiming had happened.
This morning I had to pick up some VIPs so I took my X5 for a detailing. I was first one there at 8 am. By 8:45 my car had only been vacuumed and was just getting soaped. I had to go so i asked the attendant to simply rinse it off as I was meant to be in the city in 45 mins. I got in and drove 4 blocks home. I have been a loyal customer at DTK for several years now and not once have I ever had an complaint such as what you have described.
I believe I was present at this time when this allegation was made, both Managers followed there procedure and where not disrespectful in any way shape or form.
This clearly shows an upset customer not getting there way and putting down hard working people trying to run a business.
I took my car to DTK to be washed due to a bad experiance elsewhere and was disappointed with the condition of my vehicle on getting home to look at the clean car. I paid $36.00 for the "Prestige Wash" which covered a wash and dry, vacuum, window wipe,dash and console wipe, wipe door and jams, waxing and tyre shine. Looking at the car I discovered that around the boot lid was not wiped, dirt still in moulded rubber on doors, and what was most noticeble was the condition of the chrome on the grill and door sills. It was marked and looked like they had not cleaned it properly before applying the spray on wax. Ringing the car wash I explained that I was not happy with the car condiiton mostly the chrome work and was told that I was the first to complain and that they had washed a couple of thousand cars.
