I had booked an appointment 10 days in advance but the salon cancelled it one day before hand by sending me a text. I couldn't get an appointment anywhere else at such short notice and because it was the weekend so couldn't get my hair done for an event I was going to on Monday afternoon. Very disappointing. A phone call instead of a text made one day earlier would have made all the difference.

Went to this for the first time for threading. I would not do it again as I am sore after 2 days and have bad acne. I was surprised that the salon had a very unhygienic regime of using the same towel for all clients. The lady before me, myself and lady after me used the same towel full of talcum powder and hair. The salon is very small and a bit closterfobic.
