Dudley House
Dudley House is an Edwardian property in a delightful garden setting only three minutes walk from the Hepburn Spa Complex and the Mineral Springs Reserve. The house incorporates modern comforts, including central heating, taking care not to lose the elegant atmosphere of Edwardian days. The house can host up to eight guests and these are accommodated in four double bedrooms, three with ensuites and one with its own separate private bathroom. Twin share accommodation is available. It offers a perfect combination of privacy & relaxation with the comfortable well appointed guest sitting room, where books from the in-house library can be enjoyed in front of an open fire, or those who prefer can relax by watching television. Breakfast is a relaxed and delicious affair served in the bright and spacious day room. Tea and coffee making facilities are available all day to guests. Drinks may be enjoyed on the verandah or in the delightful garden. The house features an elegant formal dining-room, used in our House Party Weekends where dinner is an occasion to enjoy fine food and wines as well as relax at the end of a pleasant day. Dudley House is licensed and has available Australian beers and wines from the local and Avoca Regions.
