Had to wait for 1 hour and 20 minutes past appointment time to see doctor. Once seen i was in and out of the consultation in about two minutes. I felt that that the doctor could have , should have taken the time to do a general check up especially when i said that i have ill with the flu for the past week.
I like the way the GPs follow up on medical issues and keep in contact. They are quite thorough. The additional services are also a bonus. I am becoming more and more satisfied with this practice.
Follow up: Just make sure you push for something you feel is urgent. I am glad I did - my insistence saved my life.
I like how I can walk in, and get a place to see a doctor without waiting too long, and not having to book in. This medical centre is very convenient as its local. Staff are friendly and so are some of the doctors. As last person posted, I agree.. Dr Kabir is the one to see!
Totally agree with you on Dr. Kabir. He is very caring and also very proactive. My insistence and his advice and actions saved my life. :)
Stood in front of reception for about 2-3 minutes before 1 of the 4 staff members even acknowledged me.
One of the receptionists were on her personal mobile phone. However, I like this clinic because it is convenient.
I have to admit I never seen devoted. Hard working staff like these girls. It's not fair to pick on one incident and forget about all their hard work.
