Just had a very disappointing experience here. Called yesterday to book in for a road worthy check. Offered contact details, but was told to fill in a card when I arrived. Arrived today and was told to leave the car all day because they were really busy. After explaining that I wouldn't have booked it in for today if I had known, the lady kinldy offered to arrange a quick turnaround. About 5 minutes later I was being told quite aggressively by someone else that this couldn't happen. When I explained the discussion I had already had, he quietened down and the check began (thanks to the lady - the other man never left the office).
Once the check was done, I was told the fee was $99 which surprised me because I was clearly told $88 over the phone and have since checked my notepad in my office where I wrote "8:30am - $88".
