I am so disgusted with this pharmacy that I have felt compelled to write a review, this is a first for me. I have attempted to use this pharmacy on several occasions as it is convenient however there have been so many instances where I am disgusted by the lack of customer service and rude behaviour. There are too many instances to name but the final straw was the unnecessary badgering I received from them when I attempted to get over the counter anti-viral cold sore medication.. Their repeated suggestion was I should probably be taking it all the time, my understanding is pharmacists should not be giving medical advice nor should they repeatedly harass me by asking questions that I had explicitly told them I had already discussed with my GP. Absolutely Fedup! I now go to other pharmacy where they are polite and friendly.
