Dumpling Wise

Located at Watergardens shopping centre but not in the main food court. So if you don't walk down to where Coles is located you will not see Dumpling Wise so it was a bit of an odd location to have a proper restaurant. So after eating dinner at the food court and strolling down this end of the centre, we came across Dumpling Wise, had we known about it we would not have eaten food court food. Looking inside seems pretty decent, nice setting and the menu looked like it had a great selection of food to pick from other than dumplings. I would say dumplings is their specialty given the name and the window where you can watch the chef quickly prepare the dumplings. My son was very focused and entertained. Looking so good, even though we were full from dinner, we ordered 5 to share between 3 of us. Not bad, as it was fresh. The dough slightly thicker, could probably taste better if thinner.
