I would not recommend this business based on the rude and unprofessional reception staff. My immediate impression of the receptionist- impatient, short tempered both on the phone and in person. Each time I called, she answered in an impatient, frazzled tone saying 'Dunbar hold the phone' and slammed it down. In person, when I entered the office she 'greeted' me with a scowl and barked one word, saying 'quote' which I assume was a question?! When you ask a question, the lady repeats what she just said louder pronouncing each letter in a nasty tone instead of answering the question. The receptionists fail to explain their process and assume you understand leaving you waiting and feeling uncomfortable to make any enquiries.

After I drove my car into a pizza shop (I really DO like pizzas...) I was very fortunate that my Hyundai i30 was taken care of by Dunbar Smash Repairs in Brookvale. My wife and I are very impressed by the obvious workmanship which has transformed our vehicle into something almost new. I was told by another car repairer that my son's car wasn't worth repairing. I was advised by a friend to go to W E Dunbar and see Dave Patterson. I did and the car was repaired with no fuss, great job, very happy. Car was in great condition when I got it back. I would recommend them to anyone. They are busy and that's how it is with a good business.
