Bad customer service and delivery to busy to care. ordered mosaic tiles on 4/4/13 as they were on back order they were promised to be with me on 22/4/13 now 30/4/13 and no sign of them. Contacted this office and asked to speak to management was told they were to busy and would not talk to me. I advise any person wanting mosaic tiles to run if they have to come from this company (DUNE CERAMICS). There is NO customer service and don't give a rats about service and customer complaints after payment. Avoid at all cost!!!!.
