SCAM. Engaged contractor to resolve leaks on old tile roof. Paid $4,300 for roof to be cleaned, painted and sealed following his recommendation. Roof begun to leak less than a year later- contractor ignoring contact and NOT guaranteeing/warranting work as promised!

I wish I had read the early reviews prior to hiring this company. We invested in a full roof restoration with Tom.They sell a 12 yr warranty but the the first time you try to get them back because the roof is leaking they never come back. They hardly ever respond and when you eventually get in contact they lie and claim that an ex employee has done the job without knowledge of the boss. So it is not his responsiblilty because he didnt get paid. We have been to the Office of Fair Trading and even they failed to get a response.(I’m writing to you regarding your complaint to the Office of Fair Trading (OFT) about Durable Roofing.
I advised I would contact the trader on your behalf to try to negotiate a remedy for you.
