I bought my car from Morley i30 and that is all I have and ever will have to do with them. My mum has a Pulsar 98 which needs a radio code to unlock when the battery gets replaced and usually I ring a dealer some distance but last time I replaced her battery I thought I will drive it down and just ask over the counter, usually I say VIN over the phone and they spit it out. Well DVG Morley wanted me to leave the car half the day and charge me $80. I ended up just ringing some random dealer (Melvile) and the guy spat it out after telling the VIN. Morley do not have any focus but money. They don't realise that a little customer courtesy goes a long way and can make them a lot more money than they do at present.
Very positive review. An engine warning light came on and without an appointment I took it first up in the morning to the service department. Although they were booked for the day asked if I could leave it all day and they would endevour to fit it in.
By 5 pm it was all fixed and to my surprise the work was done under warranty.
