No customer service at all!! Unless you call grunting a greeting!
The restaurant should be declared a disaster area, so great are its culinary misfires and shocking customer service. I'm not a very picky person, but customer service must be improved!!! The man with the reddened face at the front counter couldn't even lift his head to greet us, not even talking about the simple smile. I was only let down even more when I tried the food, what a waste of an overpriced meal.
I just like to say, thank you to the guys at DY seafoods, one of the best meals I've had in a very long time. The price is cheap for the size of there meals they offer, beer batted fish light and crispy( What a joy) and fresh as can be. I loved the range of fresh salads and you can see there made fresh daily. Customer service needs some work but who cares when there is cheap and great food to be had.
My first time there was also the last. Not only customer service was poor, restaurant prices at a takeaway, and food was less than ordinary, to put it mildly! Now I'd imagine those reasons are enough to put off any customer. I wasn't pleased when I left the shop but that negative energy was amplified when I got home to discover the food was a disappointment.
I just want to say that anybody committed to a business involving customer service where their reputation and revenue are reliant on their customers, should know that a smile is the first thing to give away when a customer walks in. Definitely do not welcome any customer with an angry face, hollar at an employee over the counter with a reddened face and finish a transaction without any eye contact or saying "thanks"!
