Took my daughter there for a hair trial as she wanted her hair curled for graduation. The young lady that curled her hair put no product in her hair and simply curled it with a hair straightener. We paid $50 for this trial. She was lovely to my daughter, telling her that she would bring in a special hair piece on the actual day so that the other hairdresser could put it on her hair as she wasn't going to be working at the Vermont South salon on that particular day. She even showed my daughter pictures of her hair piece on her phone. My daughter was very excited. She also explained that it was best to arrive with unwashed hair and that they would wash, straighten and curl so that the curl would hold. We arrived on graduation day and a different hairdresser told us that she would not be washing her hair as the curls would hold better.
