Made an afternoon appointment and then had to wait another hour to get in after driving for an hour to get there. The receptionist was rude and unapologetic. Would've been quicker (and cheaper) to have gone to the hospital as soon as I clocked off. Doctor was a nice person who knows is stuff, but going there again is just not worth the battle it takes to actually get in to the treatment room.
