Great service and great price. I waited in store and it was done within 10 minutes! Also threw in a tempered glass case free or charge. Highly recommend this place for any damaged phone needs!

Amazing service - iphone 6 screen and lcd replaced in 30 minutes for the lowest price i could find. Also thought i needed a charger port replacement for a galaxy but staff were honest and told me phone was fine and i needed a new cable when i was already prepared to pay the $70 for the repair. Cannot recommend highly enough

- Management did not honour warranty when phone screen cracked after one month despite the technician saying it could have resulted from an improper installation
- Offered to fix "at cost" and then was patronising since they saw it as doing me a favour rather than compromising on the fact their replacement screen cracked overnight and didn't want to honour their warranty policy
- Internal communication is a mess. I would recommend getting anything down in email since they give conflicting information and deny whole conversations that were had
- The communication problems led to my phone being out of service for a whole month. I was overseas and gave them another contact. They denied ever reciving another contact, but then was able to ring him at a later date
- Are very rude over email. Will apologise and then go on to blame the customer when I have three different quotes for their services

Dodgy parts, extremely bad service - I took a dropped Oneplus1 to have screen replaced - the screen that was fitted was the incorrect size, very dim, not displaying correct colours / brightness, the original speaker cover didn't fit so it wasn't fitted (they held onto it). I explained that I am not happy with the job and want it fixed (as I'm paying full price and they didn't want to give a discount) - E&E Electronics said they will order the correct part and call me when it arrives and redo the job - it's over 1 & half months now and I have called 3 times, provided the job number & details and each time they tell me there is no new screen order for my phone.
So they basically promised it to be fixed in order to get me to leave the store.
