Very competitive prices! I get to see and touch the appliances with someone to explain the features to me and they actually price matched authentic online website prices. I would highly recommend this place for buying your kitchen and laundry appliances.
I just wanted to add on that I am truly impressed by E&S Trading's customer service! I was frustrated that the Beko condenser dryer I purchased was not delivering results to my expectations and called to ask if I can exchange (with a top up) for the better model. No questions asked (except to get feedback for the problems I faced) and they helped me to book a delivery time for the new model. No additional delivery charge as well. I wasn't even speaking to the sales rep who made the sale to me (as she wasn't available) and it goes to show they take every customer seriously regardless of which sales rep made the sale. Another thing I am very impressed by is their delivery team. Unlike many others, they will take away the packaging material, install and test that the machine works before leaving. Very polite and always called me the day before to give me a delivery timeframe. This sort of customer service is very hard to beat and getting rarer these days.
