We used A & T Legal when selling a property at Ermington and purchasing a property at Nelson Bay. Nicole Armitage was an absolute delight to deal with. The settlement of both properties was scheduled to occur on the same day however some late difficulties arose from one of the other involved parties which threatened the settlement occurring as scheduled.
