Great carpet cleaning service. Got a confirmation call 2 days before and they turned up 20 minutes early.
Goods: Great job and the stains were just about all removed.
Bads: They left foot prints on the tiles in the entry - I don't know if I'm being too fussy but I thought they would have wiped the tiles as the finished. Despite this, I'd still give them a 5.
Booked an appointment for a carpet clean a month early than the day I wanted. Recieved a reminder call 3 days before to confirm appointment and then they didn't turn up. Wasted half a day waiting for someone who was never coming. I called to ask where they were and they couldn't get a hold of them. Very unorganised and unprofessional in their response.
Suggest staying away from this company.
