I booked e-van for an internal move of some lounges in December. The move consisted of a balcony move (first floor) of one lounge out and two lounges in only. I explained all of this prior to the booking and the fact that it would require use of straps etc.
On the day the two removalists left the job unfinished as claimed the lounges were too heavy to lift onto the balcony.
I was appalled at both their lack of professionalism and the fact I was left on the last working day before Christmas to find a replacement removalist at short notice. Thankfully the other company I used (Smart Move) did an oustanding job and was able to get the lounges in quickly and without additional paint damage to our balcony as e@van had also done.
I would NEVER recommend e@van to anyone!!!
This review is particularly harsh. I cannot forsee every problem we are going to to run into on a job, but I always turn up and do my best. We had a good go at this one, we removed your old sofa from the apartment over the balcony and tried our best to get the new one in. I felt at the time that I had misjudged the situation and trying any further to pull the sofa over your glass balcony was going to result in injury and damage. When I realised we could not complete the job we carried the sofa around to your garage so that it was not left in a compromising position. I apologised then and there and I did not charge anything. I'm sorry if there was some paint damage to your balcony, I did not notice any at the time. You were quite understanding on the day so i'm a bit confused as to why you feel the need to leave this scathing review now. It's a tough job guys, have a heart.
Used 2 man and a van service on mid March to move my room furniture locally, the boys are great and done all the jobs within 1 hour as expected. The van is in great condition, and their prices are all online and clear. I would use them again and happy to recommend to my friends if they need the service

These guys are great ,I have used them for about 10 years for all jobs big and small They quote an accurate amount for the items and area that they deliver to , They are careful and accommodating ,they have muscles ,trolleys and humour to the job done ,keep up the good work boys we will keep using you !
