We normally use a different location who was 'ok'. However after breaking down closer to the Newstead branch I am sure we will be attending this location for regular service work. From the manager meeting the towtruck as we pulled in, to the awesome service center staff, and even to the lovely lass on the front counter in the customer lounge making everyone coffee... we honestly cant fault them. Sure, we were there for a long time as they were very busy and fitting us in between other work but... we were treated well, kept up to date, and were home for dinner. Excellent work team.

Recently bought a new car here. They did what they said they would. Very helpful staff. Car delivered on time as promised. No dramas.

I bought a car from this dealer and I am not happy with the method they finance the car. I recommend do not go on finance with this dealership. Just review my comments.

We talked and agreed about a fixed amounts as the deposit and weekly payment at the time of deal. I payed the deposit and they say the car will be ready for two weeks and you just need to pay the agreed weekly payment.

After two weeks, I went to pick up the car and sign the finance contract!!!!! when we wanted to sign the finance contract they said you need to pay more as deposit to reach the amount that we agreed on for weekly payment. I said it was not true, but they denied about what was discussed. finally, after long hours discussion I payed more money for the car since I have already paid the deposit and I could not say no.

Eagers Mazda is very good in terms of establishing a good deal on a new car,no question. The focus is clearly on trying to move as much metal as possible per month.
However, that's where the good points end.
The service department is the weak link. The charges for each service are well above the Mazda dealer average, items charged for aren't carried out to the last letter, and there is a constant propensity to sell services that aren't stipulated in guidelines laid out by Mazda Australia.
An example of charges are for wheel weights used in wheel balancing, despite no evidence showing any wheel weight removal or additional weights applied. When queried, a systematic, full blown denial campaign transpired. Another is an unwillingness to carry out a full wheel rotation on one service, despite the ...read more

My husband and I are shopping for a new SUV. Haelena was our sales person. She was very professional and efficient. She had us test driving a car within minutes and listened carefully to our concerns. She explained the different models clearly so we understood exactly what the different packages included for the different prices. Although it is a small thing, they have a fridge in the showroom with free bottled water. Fantastic idea for weary shoppers looking at cars in the Qld heat. The only reason I didn't give them 5 out of 5 is I don't think they are using the showroom to its best function. They were using the space to store sold cars (with lovely big red bows on them). I think maybe they could put a few of the cars for sale inside and store the sold cars elsewhere. This way, customers don't have to spend as much time outside in the sun.
