I've received quotes from a few air conditioning companies in Sydney. The level of service, cost and after sale service was exceptional while dealing with Eagle Air Conditioning in Sydney. Will have no hesitation in referring them to anyone looking for quality product, exceptional customer service and affordability. Also to mention that they are one of the core founding members of Air Conditioning Dealer Association (ACDA), so you cant go wrong
I used Eagle about 8 years ago and their service was outstanding. Trying to get them to come back has been challenging though. I had to chase them up three times via phone, just to try and make an appointment with a technician. I was told by their reception staff that they would get back to me, and they prefer to not give out the technician's mobile number as technician will most likely not answer the phone when on the job. My fourth attempt was made this morning. I left a message suggesting to call me back if they are interested, and surprise surprise, no phone call! Wouldn't use them . There are plenty of other companies who are reliable and not time wasters.
