Very disappointed in the service, the quality everything. How is this store still open?

I have pizza from here regularly and every single time swear I won't go back. It is purely convenient for 'those nights'. Not only is the service from the owner consistently rude but the pizzas have barely any toppings. They are not cheap either. The town Eagle Boys is always fantastic.

Totally appalled with the service I received from the management after I had paid for my pizzas I checked them in the car only to notice they were burnt. I took them back in and showed the management and asked for new pizzas. They not only insulted me but said that they couldnt help it there was a power surge and that the pizzas got burnt. Will never go back.

The worst pizza I ever tried, I honestly don't know how a company can be capable of making such terrible pizzas and actually charge people for them. There is no topping, no cheese and no sauce on these pizzas. In all honesty a frozen pizza from the supermarket are of better quality and standard.

We ordered online, arrived and paid for our pizzas. We then waited half an hour and were told several times our order would be ready soon only to eventually be told it hadn't been cooked because we hadn't answered our phone!? We were in the store and had paid half an hr before this point. Won't ever be going back! They need some customer service skills.
