What a waste of my time dealing with them! I got a verbal quote from the management for a home security system to be installed. The next day, I called to book in our job with the staff. I requested a written quote in order to verify details of our order, which the staff member said they will send through later in the day. An invoice was sent with no details of specifications as requested. After several calls requesting for a proper written quote nothing was forth coming, even though each time they promised to send it through later in the day. So much for reliability! After two weeks of waiting, the time for installation was approaching and no contact was made by the company. Eventually I called and a staff member told me my job was cancelled. Alarm system installed today. Pleasure dealing with this company. When it came to the quote and to the install they turned up on time as promised. A courtesy call from the office the day before to remind me of the appointment. The installers were neat and helpful taking the time to explain how the system works and testing it on completion. Would not hesitate to recommend their service. Reno.

hi guys.. its been a year since i've installed a paradox security system from eagle security.. didnt think of writing a review until today when i realised how useful it could be for someone else who is shopping around for security system (like my mates who have all built new houses).

Going back to last year, i was hell bent of getting a bosch security system installed at my place and spoke to quite a number of different companies.. the issues i had was that each company would say that their model of bosch they were installing was better than the one offered by the other company and and it went on and on.. finally i spoke to eagle security and i remember scott asking me 'why do you want a bosch system'? and i said i dont know.. apparently its the best.. thats ...read more

Took a number of calls and no shows before they would come and assess the house for a quote. Told me i would receive a quote after a few days. Despite again a number of calls and promises of a quote from them i never received one. I went to someone else who was far more reliable!
