-5 Stars If you want get ripped off this is the place for you. I have won the big Jackpot, the machine malfunctions. the managers call me and multiple patroons liars and offer me 50 dollars .
gambling is about winning and losing .. this place will not let you win even when you do.. The manager Shane is aggressive will try intimate and threaten to avoid payouts
Avoid at all costs
The Club is very attractive inside and staff, at the very outset, are courteous and attentive. However, those staff went above and beyond the call of duty for me recently in helping mt to cope with my little 6 year old grandson - who did NOT want to get into the car to go home. I never got the feeling that they just couldn't wait to forget about the situation, and they (one in particular who was allowed to deal) went out of their way to help - in such a professional way, that I felt that I was with at least one special needs child care expert who was not just savvy about what was needed, but was courteous, understanding, patient and kind. This Club and its staff has become special for me. Just thought that the 'other' side of the picture needed, here, to be shown.
