Earth Materials Classification (EMC) is a soil testing laboratory based in O'Connor, Western Australia. Established in 2010, we are currently set up to carry out soil classification tests such as Atterberg Limits and Particle Size Distribution as well as index tests including California Bearing Ratio and Maximum Dry Density.

EMC provides a high quality testing service, according to time-frames agreed with our clients prior to commencement of any program. Our clients are predominantly from the mining and resources industries and supporting engineering and geotechnical consultants. We undertake testing for civil earthworks projects from planning through to construction.
