Omg!!! Have never been treated so rudely ever than by the staff of this store!! After purchasing a pretty expensive item that was damaged (found out when I got home) I returned to the store and was then rudely told that it wasn't damaged when I bought it!!! It was apparently checked... No it wasn't because it was broken!!! Absolutely rediculous... They management then snatched it from the counter and told me to look around then and they would offer me to exchange it but stating that they really shouldn't!!! I was furious so then asked for a refund as I didn't want to give this company any money and was told no!!! The management stood there and argued with me and I finally left with a credit note as I just wanted to get out of there!! Unbelievable really DO NOT RECOMMEND!!
