Unfortunately I have had a negative experience with Earthborn. First I was sold an item that was not given to me, hence had to return to the store to retrieve the item. When going through my other purchases I had noticed I had been sold an item that was damaged. They marked it down as 20% off the bill, however I still didn't want to pay $12 for ripped plastic. Anyways, when I returned to the store they handed me another damaged item and took 10mins to serve me about my concerns of the original damaged item. Refused to give me a refund saying in a rude tone 'Is this really our problem?', then when I asked if there was any other stock, refused to help. Also, when I queried on the receipt it mentions you can get a refund for damaged items also refused, also when I pointed out the fact that they charged me for goods not taken, was still rude and completely unhelpful. Poor customer service, I would avoid this store if possible.

I have also had multiple bad experiences with Earthborn. I have been sold damaged items numerous times with no apology or refund, also I am never greeted whilst in store?
I find the Garden City store in particular a waste of time.... I have waited for 20 mins to be served in Jan as the management there obviously does not know how to run a store, manage other staff or perform customer service!!!
I no longer shop at any of the stores and recommend my friends not to also!!! I would definately recommend shopping at Loot it's so much better AND cheaper!!! Earthborn obviously doesn't pride itself on customer service or customer satisfaction...at all!!!
