Terrible Business - Avoid At All Costs.
Good communication pre - contract, but that's where it ended. Missed appointments, failure to have a team ready at a concrete pour, wrong levels requiring section of concrete to be removed and replaced, and a huge crack making the driveway not fit for purpose. The business Owner has refused to repair this section (even though he initially promised to do so in writing).
I took the matter to VCAT and a monetary Order was placed on Earthline Excavations, and they have still refused to pay.
Do not contract this firm. They should be avoided at all costs.
I do not recommend this business.
