Eason's Car Centre

We were totally stranded in Ballarat when a computer in our Mercedes failed. The car was sent to Eason's by RACV. Diagnosis and repairs took a long time, but Paul and Wayne kept me in the loop to find the most cost effective way to get the car back on the road. Total repair bill was actually less than the original quote (and less than my trusted mechanic in Melbourne would have charged!!!)To top off their good service, by chance Wayne had to come to Melbourne and delivered my car to my door! Can't get much better customer service than that!?!? Thank you Eason's. Very impressed.

I have recently give my car to install a cruice control. They took a day and its dosent work & told me this kit is not suitable for your car. Invoiced for me $146 for that. I went other car centre the technician installed the same cruice kit. its working perfectly.
I had paid &146 for nothing
