Excellent practice that my family has used without any complaints for 30 years.
Love the one-stop-shop that means you can have common tests and shots at the centre.

I first attended this practice because it was the closest to my home when I moved into the area. Ten years later I and my husband are still patients. The staff are professional, friendly and efficient. I can always get an appointment, and they always follow up when they say they will. They were especially helpful when my elderly mother in law was visiting from overseas and fell ill. I strongly recommend this practice.

Absolutely impossible to get an appointment. Wait time is ALWAYS approximately 2 weeks, which isn't really helpful if you are ill or need to see a doctor urgently. Communication is poor and calls aren't returned.
Shame, because on the occasions I have managed to get an appointment, its been great and its my local surgery.
Definitely on the hunt for a new doctor. Seeing the doctor isn't a cheap exercise, so need to feel valued and that I can rely on the service when I need it.

Watch out for long consultations and overcharging. I have been charged for long consolations a few times. Once for asking two questions, other time I stayed 4 minutes more, a couple of time the GP didn't know the answer and called the hospital and I basically paid for the wait time on the phone. Oh, another time they hadn't got the results in the system, even though the hospital gave me a date that they faxed the result to the centre a month prior to my appointment. I argued but a management staff refused to refund the consultation and make me to go there again. I finally moved to another centre. There are many passionate doctors in Brunswick that care for patient.
