Booked a car online with a quote of $320... Got to the store and after standing outside for 10 minutes due to a "Back in 5" sign on the door, I was told the price was actually $550 with insurance, or I could pay $320 and have a $1000 hold put on my credit card - That's $700 more than any other company!! The staff serving me had a care factor of 0 and simply informed me "It was in the fine print"... Needless to say I walked out of there and walked down the road to other car rental where I was greeted with super-friendly staff and a $350 hire car (including insurance) with only a $200 credit card hold - I rated them 5 stars... East Coast Cars gets 1/2 a star only because True Local won't let me give them 0.
