this company is the most unprofessional company in the market of fencing...don't even bother. Not only are they unprofessional but very rude.

We engaged this company to build a new gate and screen on our property. The job took 2 days, which was fine, and timely for a function we were having. I should note that I've had no previous experience with wooden fences and had no previous idea about how to look after it. After the first day, with half the job done, I noticed the glue was white. I thought it might dry clear but rang in the morning before they came to ask about it. I got told "the job's not finished yet!!". Yes..I know..I'm asking a question about the glue. Yes, glue dries clear. Except it never did. You can still see it, and this is 7 months later.

East Coast Fencing was hired by our neighbours. They came, pulled out a fern without asking us (which was on our property) and whilst pulling out the fern broke a beautiful stone table which was out of harms way of the fence. This was 6 weeks ago. The management came banging on the door this morning at 8 am after organising 830 am with my husband. I answered the door to a very aggressive management that in fact scared me. We went to look at the table and in short they said that they had nothing to do with East Coast Fencing. I asked for a card and they said " no way".

Rang for a quote several weeks ago and arranged a time to meet, still waiting.
No phone call to say they wouldn't be turning up, left me standing around all day waiting, very unprofessional. Don't bother.
