East Coast Mobile Safety Certificates

RWC conducted Aug 6th 2020 by an Examiner from this organisation- Ronnie M. A few days later after purchasing this car it went for a service. It was found the drivers rear tyre is down to the CANVAS and a stone chip in the drivers view of the windscreen. BOTH issues individuality should have failed this RWC if it was conducted correctly or at all? In brief we purchased a car with the high possibility of a major accident if we hadn't taken this car in for a service. The whole reason for a RWC .... means a SAFE car to drive for a limited time (2 months or 2000 kms) or why bother at all? Worst of all, this information including a video taken by the service team at BMW was forward to East Coast Mobile Safety Certificates the business manager Kristen McGregor. Horrible Service! I had a guy by the name of Shanty, who looked like he had just gotten out of bed and showed up to my house in an unmarked van. What a waste of $98. He said I had 2 " small issues" including front tires (all well and good), as well as defective engine mounts, which he said were 'leaking'. I'm sorry, but since when is replacing engine mounts a "small issue"? How do they even leak? He concluded that the roadworthy 'failed' with no further explanation. I would never do business with them ever again.

Used for a car service and they were great. They are professional and honest and would use again.

Waste of money spend $140 for a dude not to rip me off he was rude and said some rubbish went to another safety certificate place they passed it saying the clutch is stuffed bro if you can drive it works no oil leaks so if you see this I want my money back and do what u paid for

Do not recommend unless you want to be given the runaround, and told you are wasting their time. And not the cheapest either.
