Beware!!! East Coast Plumbers charged me $350 for "Equipment" on a basic sewer unblock, in addition to a Service Call fee of $120 and "Lawyers' hourly rates" for Labour. I was told the "Equipment" charge was to cover maintenance. What a rort! This plumbing service should be avoided.
Please be advised that we advised the client on site that the equipment costs were for use of high pressure water jetter equipment and electric eel which were both required in order to clear the line. The line had a bad break and it was fortunate that we were able to clear the line. We had to attend on two instances due to the nature of the problem and the line should have been dug up. It took a considerable amount of time which was out of our hands as there was a break and collapsed line. Our costs are justified and were explained up front. It is with regret that this matter was not brought to our attention at the time the bill was paid.
East Coast Plumbers were great. Their friendly team made something quite stressful simple and easy to understand. They didn't try to trick me with gimmick deals they were upfront honest and reasonable. I have no hesitations recommending this business. #reviewtowin
