Best repair service we had in Queensland. All our problems with our Fiat Ducato Motorhome could be solved. Before, Cricks in Nambour didn’t solve anything. But we got a high invoice there.

Worst car service centre in the history of car service centres. Have had work done on my car by these them only to have break down, after break down, after they apparently 'fixed the problems'. I was spoken rudely to . After going to new mechanic I have just found out that previously serviced / replaced items (by East Coast Mechanics ) on my car were put in incorrectly causing a range of further problems. My advice to anyone looking for a mechanic - Do not go here.

I believe that the issue with your vehicle was an over-tightening of a filter which caused it to crack. As the vehicle was taken to another service centre and not bought back to us, we were unable to rectify it for you. While your vehicle was in for repair with another service centre, we offered you a courtesy vehicle at no cost to you.
I believe you had dealings with a staff member who may come across quite abrupt but in fact is an efficient, reliable and lovely representative. If you definitely feel you were spoken to unacceptably, please do let management know as soon as possible.
