Andrew Ngu was so wonderful. He was very friendly, caring and genuinely excited. Having had a traumatic experience last year of a molar pregnancy, Andrew put our minds at ease by describing everything he was checking as he was doing it! This helped with the nerves so much! And was great to see a baby and heartbeat straight away! He has made our experience so wonderful and memorable!!! We will never use anyone else again! Highly recommend!!!

I can not recomment Dr Andrew Ngu more highly. I have been to him for u/s for 2 pregnancies + 1 miscarriage. From my perspective he is highly skilled and personable Yes he is very quick when undertaking the scan. Each to their own though if you want a longer scan! (First review) When I compare the way some of my friends have been told they have miscarried, to the way that Dr Ngu told me, I would choose what I experienced any day.

Dr Andrew Ngu was brilliant. We were referred to him urgently by our obstetrician after 2 ultrasounds elsewhere which had found some complications with our baby. Our obstetrician spoke very highly of Dr Ngu and we were very happy with his service. I was very anxious as I was having a CVS test to take fluid from the placenta for testing. Dr Ngu made us feel at ease as soon as we entered the room and never rushed us in anyway. He answered all our questions and gave us hope again when the other place we had been to basically told us we were going to probably have to terminate the baby. We paid to have the results fast tracked and Dr Ngu fast tracked them even further by having the lab collect before we even left and he phoned us the following day which was a Saturday! I was very disappointed with the service at this place. The doctor is very famous, I got very good review. However, he finished my 20 weeks pregnancy scan just in 10mins, which was supposed to take at least 30 mins. He just very quickly went through everything..I am just not satisfied at all. May be it was because of Friday afternoon, but then they shouldn't have given me appointment for that time at all. They charged me full fees but not gave me satisfactory service.
