Trained in China, Peter has a Bachelor degree of traditional Chinese medicine and a Master degree of acupuncture. He was a qualified doctor in China for both Western medicine and Chinese medicine for 11 years. He is also a casual teacher for University of Western Sydney's master degree program.

Peter runs Eastcare Health Centre and has provided acupuncture, herbal medicine, and Tai Chi training in Bowral since 2005. He also gives dietary and exercise advice when needed.

Based on 8 years diligent study(top scholarship and the honor of excellent graduate awarded by Zhejiang University of Traditional Chinese Medicine), 20 years successful clinical experience, 26 years consistent practice of Tai Chi, Peter treats problems effectively with a caring, comfortable and relaxing process. He has great success in treating different kinds of pain, headache, fatigue, insomnia, stress, depression, sinus, eczema, allergies, digestive disorders, menstrual or menopausal problems, infertility, miscarriage, IVF support acupuncture, obesity, smoking addiction etc.
