I have a very bad experience at this restaurant. Just had dinner with my parent tonight at there. We have 2 kids and because they haven\'t got any nappy changing facility there we alway change nappy on 2 side by side chairs. I\'ve been there for many times and all people do the same. But tonight a staff came up to us and said that is not permitted to change nappy in the restaurant cause by the hygienic purpose and tell us to use the toilet. But they don\'t even have any room for a child to change nappy in their toilet. We are really disappointed with their service and the management was there and they didn\'t stop this happen and I finally made compliant with them but they refuse to apologize and said the staff is only doing what they supports to do. We ask the management if your staff was right is it possible to show us how to change nappy in the toilet but the management refuse to do it and said how to change nappy in the toilet is your business not ...read more
I feel sorry for the people trying to eat around you - I hope you paid for their dinners at least. Although if everyone there is doing the same, I'm definitely never going to pay this place a visit. I hope the management makes it clear that changing a baby in a dining area is NOT okay.
We already ask them if its any nappy change spot we could use, we ask them for a changing room back to the first visited but they didn't provide. We picked the corner with no people around with in ten miters to try to change my baby's nappy because they didn't provide a change room, am I wrong? Why don't they putting a sign on the door "kid or baby wear nappy are not welcome" ? And they have the right on their side.
I'm sorry but I disagree. As a parent, it is your responsibility to look after the wellbeing of your child without putting other people at risk. I'm sure you are capable of changing your baby in the bathroom itself - maybe it has a counter, or even over the toilet seat. If not, what about your car?
I'm not here to give you parenting tips. I'm here to tell you that it's unsanitary to change your baby in a dining area.
I totally can't see things from your view, to provide a comfortable dinning environment for customer is 100% the responsibility of the restaurant. For being parents we are also feel so uncomfortable to change our baby's nappy in public, the truth is the restaurant didn't provided good service, good environment for there customers to enjoy there meal, they only have a small toileting area no even can stand more than two people and I can't see any possibility lying my baby down inside.we are customer s,we spent money for joy, comfortable and service, we desert that. If I need to rash to the carpark with my baby and runs back into the restaurant in the middle of my dinning why we should go out and spend money for dinning in?
Yes, as a customer you should expect comfort, good service, and excellent hygiene. Maybe if you don't understand that, you should eat at home.
Oh well we finally having the same point of view these time. Thanks to let every body knows that this restaurant is one kids not friendly business. The fact is they won't provide you good service, no room for kid's changing, if you want to bring your kids to dine you either not changing nappys or get out to the car park find your car and do it there or get away from their business because kids are not welcome. Thank you for your advice to all those people who willing to dine in with their kids.
Unfortunately not all businesses are required to be "kid-friendly". However they all do have a requirement for people not to change their children in public. I still think your behaviour is deplorable.
