Contacted Eastern Suburbs Communications (which operates out of a residential house) to inquire about an install. Management was extremely rude and intimidating. Was looking for an install of extra extensions to my system but my custom was not welcome as it seemed. After he had a little rant about electricians installing phone outlets and shouting down the phone "what's wrong with you people, what kind of person gets an electrician to install an outlet (which they are legally allowed and trained to do so), he continued to rant "I don't understand you people..." Then he decided to hang up. Have since contacted another local installer who was very professional and well mannered. I highly recommend Silver Communications who operate at Notting Hill. The staff there were professional and friendly and arranged for a technician to visit the next day. Don't waste your time with this moron.
