Delivery time was unacceptably late by 3 months. There were no notification from the shop regarding to the late delivery - Not apologetic at all, both sales person and manager. Need to make a scene at the shop just to get the deposits back. Never again dealing with these people. Ended up cancelling the orders altogether after 3 months.

Delivery time underestimated by 2 months (!) and furniture was damaged when delivered. Poor customer service. Person that attempted to repair damaged furniture was great and tried his best, but another month wait for replacement item.
