this company doesn't even deserve 1/2 a point!!! demanding of cash and gives ya 'conditions' and then doesn't deliver!! should be out of business!! anyone looking to buy a property go thru a proper registered, qualified real estate company and get a conveyancer thru a financial institution and you will save yourself a HUGE MIGRANE!! and won't risk loosing your hard earned money either!!

get told so many things, and given the hard sell.....wants deposit and then told not available anymore!!
Guys just want money and deposit, even when ads say "no deposit" and still haven't heard from them in months and when you do hear from them nothing that they been calling with rude comments.
after the migrane they gave me I learnt alot about how to find a good place to buy....
