Easyflowers

It was a very upsetting time for my mother and I wanted to send her some flowers to try cheer her up with a bunch of flowers and unfortunately I ended up purchasing from this mob.. I decided to go for the more expensive bunch and what we received was extremely disappointing to say the least.. The flowers were crushed, nothing like the picture, colours were different and different flowers were used, I wouldn't have mind if they looked similar as thats what it states in their facts section that SIMILAR STYLE AND COLOUR will be used but this is not true.. Also don't believe their happiness guaranteed because they do not honour this whatsoever! They use the same generic response as they do to any complaints I've seen on other negative reviews and are rude and will not help you in anyway. DO YOUR RESEARCH AND STAY AWAY FROM THIS COMPANY!!

Horrible service and experience, flowers delivered two days late. Weren't delivered to the business address, blame and cost for re-delivery was placed on me even though it seems it was their mistake. Was also told: "Each day that goes on.. the flowers get older" as they tried to get me to change the address details (which were correct)

My experience with easyflowers is they charge the customer top dollar, and want to pay the florist next to nothing, they don't just want a percentage, they take as much as they can get, a huge rip off, not real local florist, support local florists, correct me if I'm wrong true local!

Terrible value for money & poor customer service. I spent over $100 for flowers and chose $80 worth of Upgrades and selected the Vase to be included. Flowers were delivered in a box with a sponge and they told me to tell my disappointed grandmother who was expecting a vase that a box is a container and you can still water the flowers so it's the same as a vase. I explained that they aren't because a Vase is a gift that can be kept and used after the flowers have died but they didn't care despite admitting that the picture clearly depicts a vase as included. Told me they are unwilling to do anything and I could go ahead and report them if I wish.
