Great location and fair price, however we were disappointed that the quality of the apartment pictured on their website didn't match reality. We stayed in one of their "family units" in their Carlisle Street complex. It was very old and rundown, with the bathroom of a particularly poor standard, however the apartment was clean, everything worked and the beds were comfortable! The external lighting for the complex was on all night and the window dressings didn't block much, so our apartment was well lit and disturbed our sleep.
