We would highly recommend Easyway Building Brokers to anyone. Communication throughout the project was outstanding and their professionalism and attention to detail definitely shows in the finished product.

Grant from Easyway building brokers has been great and I can highly recommend his service. He greatly assisted me with the build of two houses on the Sunshine Coast. Grant is fast, efficient, and highly responsive. His network of builders is extensive and was able to get me a better price than I could in the market. I just wish he would also open an office in Sydney as I could use this service south of the border. Many thanks, Grant, keep up the great work!

"Sit back and relax" the blurb explains...whilst the designer totally steamrollers your wishes and opinions to that of his own, and when you finally give up exhausted with the constant misinterpretations of your designs, then they slug you with fees that they caused to become inflated...rubbish service, stay away

Lots of bold promises, none delivered upon. Claim to be bigger than they really are and it shows. Initial budgets blew out, timeframes blew out, never got the detail we were asking for, ultimately ending up going through the Queensland Civil and Administrative Tribunal. After our experience I would suggest people just go to a licensed builder and deal direct.

Easyway helped us with our new home at Brendale. I suggest people dont take any notice of all the negative reviews. We had no trouble whatsoever. They arranged everything we wanted and arranged a great local builder to build our home. Any issues we had along the way was sorted without trouble. Our home was started and finished on time and on budget. This is our second build and this was so much better than the last build with a project builder.
