EasyWay Tea

The membership Loyalty card machines at EasyWay Tea Fairfield Neeta City branch has been broken for more than 2 years. It seems like they deliberately left it unfixed so members can't claim their points or redeem their free drink. This is very cheeky of them and doesn't it breach the franchising policy? Please send someone to take a look.
Also the Male Employee (only one)that works there makes awful drinks that are very dilute. When this is brought to his attention he simply add more syrup to the drink making it taste more awful. Doesn't all staffs at each franchise get any training for consistancy in their products? He consistantly make unsatastisfactory drinks (He was there today also 17th March 2017)

The drinks were amazing but I could not stand the rude staff that was working today (01/03/2016). She did not greet us, made us wait a few minutes before going to the counter to serve us. Through out our order, she just asked us in a rude manner on what we wanted. She did not look at me or my friend in the eye at least once and just kept rubbing her eyes as if she wanted to be in her bed instead of work. Making the drinks didn't take that long but what if there were other customers waiting? It would leave a whole heap of impatient customers. When my friend's drink was done, she just walked to the counter, placed it on the table, did not say a word and walked off to do something else. I love easy way but her attitude gives me second thoughts on coming to this certain store (Neeta City, Fairfield - Easy Way).
