Normally the service is ok but beware, staff has disgusting customer service skills, opens the store when staff feels like and doesn't care for the normal opening hours like the other staff members do. this staff rude ,grumpy and needs a reality check .... I had to wait 30 mins for hstaff to open up despite it being 11am on numerous occasions.... the store normal hours are 9-5. Hope staff finds a job elsewhere along with staff's manners. not coming back here despite loving the bubble tea. Such a shame!
